Washington, DC Hotel Accommodations

A block of rooms has been reserved for WEEC participants, as well as for those participating in seminars and other events scheduled in conjunction with the WEEC, at the magnificent new Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center, also the site of the 2008 WEEC conference and show.

Group rates of $265* (single/double) per night have been arranged for event participants at the Gaylord. (Government rates are also available.) The hotel room block will be held until September 5, 2008, so be sure to make your reservation as early as possible to assure room availability.

* A mandatory resort fee of $15.00 per day will be added to the guest room rate. Resort fee covers high-speed Internet access, and phone calls (local phone calls first 20 minutes, toll free and credit card calls first 20 minutes), (2) bottled waters per day, daily newspaper, and unlimited access to the resort’s state of the art fitness center. In addition, taxes are assessed at 16.00 % per room per night.


The Gaylord National is located just off I-95 on the Capital Beltway, 12 minutes from Reagan National Airport.
