AIR CYCLE CORPORATION
Air Cycle was founded in 1978 and is currently based in the Chicago metropolitan area. While Air Cycle currently offers a wide range of recycling services throughout North America, we pride ourselves in our ability to engineer innovative products to help our customers. Through the years, Air Cycle has manufactured a variety of products. Products include "Automatic Air Balance System" control panels for McDonald's restaurants (found in over 3000 locations), electronic lamp ballasts for specialty markets, and advanced coffee dispensing machines. Air Cycle has always provided quality products to meet customer needs. Through our involvement in the lighting industry, we saw a growing need for equipment to make lamp disposal easy and more efficient. Over the past few years, as legislation was being passed to reduce pollution from irresponsible lamp disposal, Air Cycle worked to design a machine to meet the needs of facilities worldwide. Our goal was to develop a machine that was safe for all facilities, regardless of size. On March 15, 1999, our Model 55 VRS Bulb Eater™ was introduced at the National Plant Engineering Trade Show. At this show, our Bulb Eater™ was named one of the 17 "Show Stoppers" out of over 700 exhibitors! Over the years, we've invested heavily in independent research studies to further our understanding and enhance our design of high efficiency attic ventilation systems.

AIRIUS, LLC
Our mission at Airius is to improve the comfort level inside buildings through the use of our unique patented products for thermal equalization and air purification. By eliminating the thermal differential that naturally occurs as heat rises in high bay buildings significant energy savings are achieved. Polycon, through a Cooperative Research and Development Agreement (CRDA), in conjunction with the Army Corps of Engineers developed a polymer composite micro-overlay product known as E-Krete. This product, along with the equipment that was necessarily developed for the successful application of the product, combined for application of a high-quality asphalt renovation program known as the Polymer Composite Micro-Overlay (PCMO). The PCMO is used in the repair and upgrade of existing deteriorated asphalt or concrete surfaces on airfield aprons, taxiways, secondary runways, roadways, bridge decks, and parking facilities. Polycon’s products have also successfully been used as an extremely durable pavement marking material with its Permastripe product line and, when used with the E-Krete micro-overlay system, can be applied as either a topical application or as an inlaid marking material within the matrix of the micro-overlay itself.
Polycon began testing these products in 1997, and since then has placed dozens of successful applications throughout the United States and Canada.
