Bill Younger, C.E.M., is a resource management consultant based in Austin, Texas. He has over 25 years of experience in the development and administration of energy efficiency programs for state energy offices, utilities, and program implementers. He has provided training and technical support for a wide range of demand side management projects, utility tracking software programs, and web-based energy interval data presentment systems. He has worked with end use customers providing resource conservation management (RCM) services and was a principal architect of the national Building Operator Certification (BOC) program. Bill is a nationally recognized energy management instructor and author, and was inducted into the Association of Energy Engineers (AEE) Energy Managers Hall of Fame in 2007.
