We are highly committed to our goal of achieving energy savings and has therefore pledged to Better Building Better Plants Challenge. Our efforts to achieve energy savings are not just goal oriented but we have also extended our efforts to train our workforce on energy management topics. From top executive level to factory crew, we have tried to engage our employees in energy management practices. We have installed sub-meters at our sites and on a monthly basis we track our energy trends; we came up with tool-books & guidebooks to help site level folks to help on sub-metering processes. We also ask our site managers to conduct yearly energy audits and kaizens at the site level to identify the energy reduction opportunities; this way they are constantly looking for energy saving ideas and whenever there is some opportunity we work intensively to implement that ECM. To further the employee engagement we conducted a company-wide energy saving event called as Energy
