MaryAnne Lauderdale, P.E., C.E.M., is Director of Engineering for PowerSecure, Inc.’s Energy Efficiency Services (EES) division. EES provides design-build engineering and construction services for energy efficiency projects across North America. Ms. Lauderdale has over 30 years of experience in the energy management field, including energy engineering, project development, construction management, P&L and personnel management, and employee development. A graduate of San Jose State University with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, she has extensive experience in engineering, design, analysis, operations, renovation, and construction supporting energy infrastructure and power system upgrades.
In addition, Ms. Lauderdale has held key positions in AEE at local, regional, and national levels, and is presently Board Co-Chair for AEE’s Council for Women in Energy and Environmental Leadership (CWEEL). Ms. Lauderdale holds Professional Engineering and General Contracting licenses, and is a Certified Energy Manager. In 2010 she was voted into the AEE Energy Managers Hall of Fame.
