Howard Turner is the director of energy contracting for Trane Building Advantage.His team develops and commercializes energy offerings that deliver measurable business improvements to customers.The Trane Building Advantage portfolio includes renewable energy, complex central plant retrofits, performance contracting, various energy conservation measures, building automation strategies, intelligent services, utility support, energy procurement, and other outcome-based energy offerings.

Howard earned engineering degrees from Johns Hopkins University and the University of Virginia and an MBA from the College of William and Mary. He is LEED accredited and is a certified energy manager and auditor.A native of the Eastern Shore of Virginia, he currently resides in what often feels like the latent heat capital of the world, Richmond, VA.
