Rustin McIntosh, PE, CEM With 32 years of experience in the building energy efficiency field, Rustin McIntosh currently runs a project development group of 5 engineers for the ENGIE Services North America C&I division (Formerly OpTerra Energy Services). Since receiving a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst in 1987, Mr. McIntosh has performed energy engineering and project development work for commercial and industrial customers for ENGIE Services, NORESCO, and numerous other energy efficiency organizations. His experience includes a variety energy engineer work including energy and water savings analysis, building retrofit design and specification, and associated topics.
