Considerations for Development & Execution of Effective M&V for a Manufacturing Facility
Jessica Bull, P.E., CEM is a Mechanical Engineer at CHA, a full service engineering and construction management firm that provides services to clients
throughout North America. She has over 5 years of experience in working with manufacturing, industrial, and commercial customers to identify energy conservation
measures and identify savings with payback. She is involved with technical review and M&V plan development for many clients through NYSERDA's Industrial
Process Efficiency (IPE) incentive program. Jessica is also a contracted NYSERDA project manager with experience in technical review of many different
energy-related projects evaluated by other firms. Jessica received her B.S. and M.Eng. Degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology
in 2014. She on the board for the local chapter of the Society of Women Engineers (SWE), and an active member and participant in ASHRAE. She participates
in other organizational and charitable events such as Habitat for Humanity, Association of Facility Engineers (AFE) and AEE. She lives in Webster, NY with
her husband and 7-month-old son.
