Audrey Oxendine is the Chief of Energy and Utilities at US Army Garrison Fort Bragg.Her background includes nutrient management planning, design and construction of sanitary systems, and environmental compliance.In her current position, she administers the Energy Program using the Army’s Energy Security and Sustainability Strategy (ES2) and provides a quarterly update to installation leadership.The program includes facets such as utility monitoring control system integration, energy awareness, retro-commissioning, energy conservation, and resiliency planning.Within the utility section, she oversees privatized utilities such as water, wastewater, electricity, and natural gas.This includes tracking commodity costs, consumption, utility reimbursements and capital improvement projects.She is currently undertaking Fort Bragg’s first Utility Energy Savings Contract (UESC) and Installation Energy and Water Plan (IEWP).Audrey has a B.S. in Biological and Agricultural Engineering from North Carolina State University.
