Rochelle is the Process Sustainability Engineer at the Saint-Gobain North American headquarters, the largest building products manufacturer in the world. Rochelle joined Saint-Gobain in July 2017, and has since worked on a variety of projects centered around achieving Saint-Gobain’s global 2025 environmental goals of energy, water, and waste reduction. A large part of her role involves managing and supporting a network of 100+ manufacturing Sustainability Champions to achieve these goals at the site level. She is also in a two-year leadership program tasked with solving a company business opportunity.

Rochelle holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil & Environmental Engineering and minor in Sustainability from the University of Maryland, as well as a dual Master of Science in Civil & Environmental Engineering and Innovation Management from Carnegie Mellon University.
