 Mr. Lemar is an energy efficiency professional with 30 years of experience in engineering, economic and environmental analysis of energy efficiency technologies and management practices.He advises state and Federal government agencies as well as individual manufacturers and research organizations on the feasibility of on-site power generation and other energy efficiency technology, and has published numerous combined heat and power studies and facilitated development of interconnection standards and technology.He is also a Technical Account Manager for the U.S. Department of Energy’s Better Plants program and has supported over 25 manufacturing and water/wastewater partner organizations that are striving to reduce their energy intensity.Mr. Lemar has conducted numerous economic feasibility analyses and market studies of onsite power systems and energy storage technologies, as well as several industrial site energy assessments.He holds a Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering, and a Masters in Business Administration, both from University of Maryland.
