Pat has been in the field of Energy and Facilities Management for over 40 years, working at various levels of Government and in Higher Education. This
- Serving as an Energy Specialist for Nassau County’s Division of Energy Resources where he developed and managed the first Home and Commercial Building’s
Energy Audit Program on Long Island, and provided Energy Conservation and Solar Energy Educational Programs for schools and community groups
- Serving as Associate Vice President for Facilities and Resource Management at the State University’s College at Old Westbury, managing the physical
plant and all of the support services for the college
- Serving as Columbia University’s Energy Manager, where he developed the University’s Energy Master Plan, developed and implemented an Energy Accounting
System, and directed facilities management staff, consultants and outside contractors in various energy and facilities maintenance and repair projects
As Director of Capital Construction for NYC’s Energy Management Office, he has managed and supervised the design and construction of over 200 energy conservation
Pat holds a Masters Degree in Energy and Facilities Management from the New York Institute of Technology.
