3M Global Energy Meeting to be Held at WEEC 2011

3M energy managers from around the globe will convene at the 34th World Energy Engineering Congress to discuss energy management best practices to bolster 3M’s exiting progressive energy efficiency game plans. Team leaders will discuss current efficiency programs, goals, measurement and performance as well as garner insight from other high level end users in attendance at the WEEC meeting. ComEd Signs On to Be a Platinum WEEC Sponsor

The 34th WEEC continues its positive momentum with the recent announcement that ComEd, the state of Illinois’ largest energy supplier, has committed to being a platinum sponsor of the event. 2011 WEEC GreenStreet Expo Brings Sustainable Technologies to the Forefront

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency ENERGY STAR® will again co-present WEEC 2011's GreenStreet expo showcase, to be a prominent part of the 2011 show floor. The exhibiting companies located along the "green carpet" of the GreenStreet showcase will highlight their roles as leading providers of environmentally friendly, green energy efficiency related products and services. The 2011 WEEC conference agenda also will include a wide range of presentations to educate and guide attendees as they seek the best and most promising green/sustainable solutions for improving their buildings' performance.

 


The 34th annual World Energy Engineering Congress will be held October 12-14 (12-13 for expo) at the Navy Pier in Chicago, IL.
